Award as Bocholt's "Company of the Year 2022"

On Thursday, May 11, 2023, Theo Benning (2nd from left) and Phillip Benning (3rd from left) received the award for "Company of the Year 2022" during a ceremony at the Hotel Residenz, before an audience of more than 100 invited guests.

The "Innovation" sculpture created especially for the business award by Bocholt artist Jürgen Ebert was presented by (from left) Ludger Dieckhues (Managing Director of Business Development & City Marketing Bocholt), Thomas Kerkhoff (Mayor of the City of Bocholt), Joachim Schüling (Member of the Board of Stadtsparkasse Bocholt) and (right) Karl-Heinz Bollmann (Chairman of the Board of Stadtsparkasse Bocholt).

Theo Benning thanked all employees in particular after the award ceremony.

The prize, sponsored by Stadtsparkasse Bocholt, has been awarded every two years since 1996 to companies that have distinguished themselves through exceptional performance and a sense of responsibility in the city of Bocholt.

The jury, consisting of representatives from business, politics and society, had been impressed by the company's international orientation as well as its resource-saving production and its continuous efforts toward more sustainability in the sense of a clean and unpolluted environment.
