Business adventure 2024: LEARN, DISCOVER, EXPERIENCE!
The " Business Adventure" event took place between June 10 to June 21, 2024, with around 50 companies and institutions from the region opening their doors to young people. The aim of the event was to give pupils exciting insights into the world of work and introduce them to the variety of career opportunities.
BENNING also took part in this initiative. On Monday, June 17, children from grades 5 to 7 visited the company. Training manager Christian Giesing took the pupils on an exciting journey through the various departments at the Bocholt site. During the factory tour, the young visitors were given a comprehensive insight into the various sections of the company. The students were also very interested in the training workplace, where they were able to see first-hand how trainees develop and apply their skills.
We hope that these experiences will help the children to discover their interests and strengths. And, of course, we would be delighted if some internships or apprenticeships resulted from this later on!", says Christian Giesing and continues: "Due to the diversity of our company, we offer a range of training opportunities at the Bocholt site, including apprenticeships as:
