Congratulations on this outstanding performance!
On 13.09.2023, the award ceremony for the trainees who completed their final examination with the dream grade "very good" in the examination year 2023, took place in the town hall of Ahaus. Overall, this only applies to 6.7% of the 1382 trainees who took the exam in 2023.
In our company, three trainees were able to impress with this outstanding performance:
- Oliver Ehlting, who is now also employed as a skilled worker in our company and has directly followed up with further part-time training to become a technician.
- Till Paul Breuckmann, who is now also employed as a skilled worker, would like to continue his qualification to become a technician or possibly to study at university, starting next summer.
- Lara Terhart, who worked in our company for another six months after her outstanding apprenticeship and has started full-time further education to become a technician since the summer.
The three not only performed very well in their examination to become "electronics technicians for industrial engineering", but also demonstrated a great degree of interest, diligence and ambition throughout their apprenticeships.
The future ambitions of the three show that a good apprenticeship can provide a solid foundation for a successful start in their profession and that there are many opportunities to further develop their careers in our company after completing their apprenticeships.
