Highly Efficient Modular Systems For a Cost-Effective Installation of DC Charging Stations

With the new BELATRON modular series, BENNING provides equipment suppliers and operators of EV charging stations with high-performance charging modules and systems, which are tailored to the exact requirements of rapid charging.

The systems combine the highest operational safety and reliability, maximum energy efficiency, and optimally usable “user space”.

The concept of modular components is the basis for significantly reduced installation and assembly times, as well as easier and more efficient maintenance for the life of the system.

Minimal operating costs

Due to the excellent efficiency, even under partial load, the ongoing operating costs are minimized without compromising voltage quality.

Maximum availability and minimal MTTR (Mean Time To Repair)

For the new BELATRON modular series, BENNING combines the advantages of maximum reliability and minimal repair times (MTTR) in a product that meets highest requirements regarding the availability and quality of a safe and reliable power supply of EV charging systems. Due to the use of high-quality components, the design of the BELATRON modular system is optimally adapted to the harsh conditions of rapid charging, which includes high currents and voltages.

The “hot swap” capability allows each module to be replaced in less than ten minutes, which corresponds to a maximum reliability of 99.9999 %.
