Series of sales workshops continues - this time with focus on UPS and energy storage systems
At the end of October, a multi-day training event for experienced and new members of the international sales team took place at the company's site in Bocholt (NRW / Germany). The aim of the workshop was both to deepen knowledge regarding the latest technologies and to tailor solutions to complex customer requirements.
In international teams, the participants worked on fictitious tasks that were tailored to various practical customer requirements. The focus was particularly on the potential added value offered by modern UPS and energy storage systems, such as maximum supply reliability, load and self-consumption optimization.
This resulted in an exciting portfolio of ideas and concepts. They all had one thing in common: the specified customer requirements were not only met, but also benefited from cost-effectiveness, investment security and sustainability. This created a dynamic atmosphere, enriched with new ideas and best practice examples, in which both experienced and new sales employees participated.
This successful workshop once again proves that continuous training and teamwork are essential at BENNING in order to ensure that we can continue to offer our international customers first-class products and services - now and in the future.
