Preemptive Fault Detection

The ability to monitor your system(s) constantly increases operational safety and reliability and serves to protect your investment. BENNING provides an online monitoring (hotline) of your system via our central control center, should your company be ready to take the next step towards protecting your investment. Faults are prevented before major damage occurs, and if the control center detects a problem that requires a service call, the control center will coordinate this service with the appropriate BENNING subsidiary.

Help-desk - support when our customers need it most

Even if you don't opt for the all-round service of BENNING's hotline, you may use the BENNING help desk. The help desk is a phone service which is available for our customers 24 hours a day and 365 days a year free of charge. The BENNING help desk offers professional and competent help via the phone for all our customers. The targeted questions of our multilingual staff will help you provide a precise description of your problem in a timely manner. In order to ensure optimum support for our customers, our help desk staff has access to all data sheets, circuit diagrams, project folders, and other documents.
